Kelvin Griffin has dedicated his life to education and developing better administrative systems to improve students’ skill sets on an organizational level. He is currently the Principal at a DeKalb County Charter School. He develops and articulates the school’s mission, goals, and instructional philosophy and works closely with the governing board in creating a Theory of Action plan.
